Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to the team members at Cokely Aesthetics. Your appointment is reserved especially for you and, while we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. If we do not agree before this period of 24 hours notice, your deposit is non refundable unless agreed by Sarah Jane Cokely.
